As International Sales Manager, you play a crucial role in setting the offline (retail and distribution) sales strategy and execution of the plan. You assist the Global Sales Director with your business analysis, market insights and you coordinate the commercial planning process. You monitor the execution of the sales forecast with financial performance analysis and bring the market signals into the company. You pro-actively detect opportunities or propose corrective actions when needed.

Focus is both on the retail business in our direct markets: DACH, IBERIA and BENELUX, and on helping our current distribution partners grow. Together with these partners we build our sales in selected markets in the rest of Europe, Asia, the Middle- East and Australia. You create strong and long-term partnerships with your retail and distribution partners and implement a winning strategy per region. You love the contact with your partners and are constantly creating and chasing opportunities for mutual growth. Next to this, you will be the driver of exploring new business opportunities.

With your insights, analysis, and ideas, you are a sounding board for your colleagues of the Sales team (local Sales and Account Managers). You assist them in making their plans and the actual execution in order to help them achieving their goals.

You report to and you are the right hand of the Global Sales Director and work hand in hand with the Marketing and E-commerce team to align our omnichannel strategy.

-At least 3 years of international sales experience in a (branded) consumer goods environment, working with retail and preferably also with
-Bachelor or Master’s degree in business economics (or similar)
-Proficient in English, both written and verbal (German is a big plus)
