position We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a customer care specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. Do you have experience with handling customer requests and do you enjoy to provide exceptional service to all types of customers, whether it’s a retailer, a distributor or a consumer? Are you a team player and do you speak Dutch and English? We are looking for a motivated and talented colleague to join our customer care team. You will be supporting our partners with their orders, claims and questions, help our consumers with all products questions and queries they may have and you will contribute to a positive and pro-active mindset within the company. Your goal will be to handle pre and after sales queries in a professional, caring, accurate and efficient manner. (JUNIOR) PRODUCT QUALITY MANAGER

As Product Quality Manager, you are part of the New Product Development (NPD) team and report to the NPD Manager. You are responsible for developing and implementing quality systems at Easywalker and its Chinese suppliers, with the objective to minimize and resolve quality complaints to have delighted consumers. Furthermore, you are responsible for meeting regulatory (local) requirements.
Upstream, you set the agenda for quality standards of our Easywalker products. Together with our factories and our local QC team in China, you manage internal and external testing of both new and existing products. You make sure all products and materials comply with Easywalker and international standards, before taking products in production. Our Chinese QC team is managed by you.
Downstream, you are responsible for the quality registration process. You design and manage an early warning system and create a sense of urgency for corrective actions with our engineering team and suppliers. You take the lead in sharing information (interim or final) on progress, solutions etc. with key internal and external stakeholders, always with the needs of our customers in mind. You are a true spider in the web.
-Develop and execute Quality and Compliancestrategy, together with Product manager, Product Engineer, QC-team and factories -Lead in-market product improvements and long-term production solutions -Define and execute in-market actions, together with Customer Care and Sales team -Set-up a solid compliance system -Full understanding of legislations and testing procedures -Close partner of testing institutes -Continuous testing of in-market product -Accountable for effectiveness of our QC-team in China -Design and execution of product manuals and labelling
desired skills & expertise
-Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field with 3 years of experience -A good technical understanding of stroller-like products -Structured way of working and strong analytical skills -Team player with a hands-on entrepreneurial mentality -Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills -Highly organized with a strong attention to detail -Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively, both in writing and verbally -Results oriented with strong orientation to time management, and project delivery -Able to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment -Able to perform and deliver independently -International experience is a must, preferably with China -Knowledge of the stroller industry, and knowledge of legislation (EN1888, etc.) is a great plus -Willing to travel to China on average 3 times per year

The Finance Specialist makes sure all administrative processes are running smoothly. Due to accurate administration the management knows the financial position of the company, salaries and invoices are paid in time and the tax authorities and other supervising authorities are satisfied. This is a part- time job of 20 hours per week.
The Finance specialist:
- Takes care of a timely, correct and complete record of all financial transactions. - Is responsible for a correct administration and administrative processes and keeps looking for more efficient solutions - Helps actively with making the bookings - Guards the balance positions, including debtor chasing - Helps with month, quarter and year reports or creates these independently - Advises the controller or management about financial administrative questions and problems
Education, skills and experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit - Thorough knowledge of the basic principles in accounting and reporting - Knows the facts behind the figures - Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP Business One) - Experience with bookkeeping in (small/medium) trading companies - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Outstanding English both written and verbally
