Finance specialist

Position The Finance Specialist makes sure all administrative processes are running smoothly. Due to accurate administration the management knows the financial position of the company, salaries and invoices are paid in time and the tax authorities and other supervising authorities are satisfied. This is a part- time job of 20 hours per week.

The Finance specialist: - Takes care of a timely, correct and complete record of all financial transactions. - Is responsible for a correct administration and administrative processes and keeps looking for more efficient solutions - Helps actively with making the bookings - Guards the balance positions, including debtor chasing - Helps with month, quarter and year reports or creates these independently - Advises the controller or management about financial administrative questions and problems

Education, skills and experience - Entrepreneurial spirit - Thorough knowledge of the basic principles in accounting and reporting - Knows the facts behind the figures - Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP Business One) - Experience with bookkeeping in (small/medium) trading companies - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Outstanding English both written and verbally
