We have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Launch Manager to join our New Product Development (NPD) team. You will be at the heart of our product launches, ensuring on target launches by driving an efficient process.

As the Product Launch Manager, you will lead the product launch process from ideation to market launch. This role reports to the CEO, who currently oversees the role of New Product Development Director. You will have one direct report: a Project Manager. Collaboration within NPD is essential, along with managing external partners such as suppliers (factories in China), stylists, and soft good developers. You will serve as the liaison between Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Customer Care. To achieve your goals with this cross-functional team, you must have a holistic view and ensure all
stakeholders deliver according to expectations.

You will be responsible for managing the scope, timing, and financial aspects of projects to ensure on-target results. Additionally, you will ensure quality standards are met and address in-market quality issues efficiently, both in the short and long term, to prevent future issues.


You are a strong and communicative personality with a very analytical and structured approach. You enjoy the freedom and responsibility of your role. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you think in smart solutions, negotiate effectively, and get things done.

You have a passion for products and brands, both aesthetically and technically. You possess an operational mindset with a good understanding of project essence, attention to detail, and the ability to challenge ideas. You excel at aligning internal and external stakeholders and are continuously eager to learn and develop yourself.



• Set objectives, timings, and deliverables for product launch projects.
• Ensure stakeholders oversee the project and meet milestones consistently.
• Keep projects within financial targets.
• Ensure quality standards are met and in-market quality issues are resolved efficiently.
• Assist in negotiations with factories and manage overall relationships with them



• Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• University-level education, ideally in Industrial Product Design (IPO) or a relevant
technical field.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Highly analytical and organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a focus on time management and project delivery.
• Excellent multitasker.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel to China 3 to 4 times per year.
• An external assessment is part of the process
