You can return your Easywalker product within 30 days. The product must not have been used outdoor and must be returned in the condition in which it was received (without damage or scratches and with original labels, user manual, warranty certificates and other cards and packaging materials). Please use the original packaging for returns to prevent damage during shipping.
If the product is returned damaged or visibly used, Easywalker reserves the right to reject the return or to grant a partial refund.
If your product is new and in original packaging, and you wish to return it within 30 days of purchase, please generate a return label via this link:

Did you receive a wrong product, or is your product defect, no longer in original packaging, used, or ordered longer than 30 days ago, please contact our customer care: hello@easywalker.com.
General conditions:
Within 30 days of delivery we accept returns for a full refund if:
1. The item is purchased directly from Easywalker. If you purchased your Easywalker or accessories from any of our authorized retailers, including when purchased through Amazon, please contact the retailer to arrange the return directly with them.
2. The item is received back in its original packaging, including all accessories, the retail box, instructions/manuals, and all other items originally included with the product.
3. The item is returned before the 30 days return window is expired.If the 30 days’ period has lapsed before you drop off your return item, you are not eligible for a full refund or exchange.
4. You can provide proof of purchase upon request.
As soon as your return reaches our Returns Center, it will get processed and we inform you about the outcome.
If all original items are accounted for you will be eligible to receive your refund within 10 business days of receipt in our Returns Center. Your refund is processed to the original purchase method: If you paid with a credit card, it will be refunded to that card. If you paid with PayPal, it will be refunded there. Most credit card companies will refund you within 5 working days, however, this can vary from card to card. PayPal will email you immediately when a refund has been made to your account.

I want to refund (part of) my order. Will you refund delivery charges?
If you live within the EU and you've returned your whole order and we received it in resell-able condition within 30 days of receipt we will refund the full amount, including delivery costs. We do not refund shipping costs when you return a part of your order.
I received the wrong item. How can I get it exchanged?
We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect item. For us to be able to correct this, please contact us with the following info:
1. Your order number
2. Product name & code
3. Picture of the incorrect item
Can I return an item I received as a gift?
If the gift you received was purchased through our website and you are still within the 30 days' return window, you can. To start the refund procedure, please contact us and provide:
1. Your order number - If you purchased your Easywalker or accessories from any of our authorized retailers, including Amazon, please contact the retailer to arrange the return directly with them.

Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately we don't offer an exchange. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items. If you need any guidance on how to return (part of) your order, click here.
