What are your delivery charges?

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania.

The delivery takes place exclusively with DPD.

We charge the following shipping costs:

Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany:
Order total < € 49: € 10 shipping charge
Order total of € 49 or more: Free shipping

Austria, France:
Order total < € 49: € 15 shipping charge
Order total of € 49 or more: Free shipping

Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Sweden:
Order total < € 49: € 20 shipping charge
Order total of € 49 or more: Free shipping

Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal:
Order total < € 49: € 35 shipping charge
Order total of € 49 or more: Free shipping

Bulgaria:
Order total < € 49: € 35 shipping charge
Order total of € 49 or more: Free shipping

Romania:
Order total < € 49: € 40 shipping charge

Has my order been dispatched yet?

When your order leaves our warehouse, an email is generated to confirm this. If you don't receive an email within 4 business days after you placed your order, please contact us.

 

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with tracking information.

 

Which couriers do you use?

We use DPD for all orders.

You will be given a delivery window with text and/or email notifications + options to change delivery details. You can track your order at any time using the DPD tracking service. 
Please note you will need to sign for your order.

International orders are shipped via DPD and their local handling partner.

 

Why have I not received my full order?

If you have not received your full order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. If this is the case, you will have received one dispatch email per parcel.

Please also check the invoice inside your parcel bag. This will detail which items should be in the parcel.

If you have only been sent one dispatch email and haven’t received all of your items please contact us.

 

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with tracking information.

If the recipient isn't available, the driver will place a notification in their mailbox after the initial delivery attempt, outlining the recipient's choices for parcel reception.
