How can I place an order?

1. Login or Sign-up: If you're a returning customer, log in with your username and password. New users need to sign up by providing necessary information like name, email, and shipping address.

2. Browse Products and select: Explore Easywalker's online store and find the products you want to purchase. You can search for specific items using the search bar or browse through different categories.

Click on the products you're interested in and add them to your shopping cart.

3. Review Your Cart: Once you've added all the items you want to buy, go to your shopping cart. Here, you can review the selected items, update quantities if needed

4. Checkout: When you're satisfied with your selection, proceed to the checkout process. Enter your payment information securely.

5. Confirm: Before finalizing your order, carefully review all the details displayed on the checkout page. Ensure that your chosen products, shipping address, and payment information are accurate.

6. Receive Confirmation: After successfully placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email containing all the relevant details of your purchase."


How do I use a discount code?

Add the discount code during check out. The add check out field is visible under the product(s) thumbnail during the first step of check out. Click the apply button, and you will be able to see the total discount.

*Discount codes and seasonal offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated. This includes our Friends & Family discount.


Can I cancel or change my order online?

Our website does not currently allow you to change or cancel an order yourself – contact us and we'll do our best to help you. Please, keep in mind that we only have a limited amount of time to alter orders and your request may not reach us in time. We will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed at the warehouse. You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.


The items I put in my cart are now out of stock. Why?

Adding items to your shopping basket does not reserve them. Goods are not allocated to you until you confirmed the order and the order confirmation is sent.


Has my order been placed successfully?

Once your order's confirmed , you receive an email with an order number. If you didn't receive an email, contact us and we will help you further.


The postal code verification failed. Why?

This means that the details you filled out when placing your order do not match the details your bank has. Please, ensure your billing address matches your bank statement address exactly.


Will I be charged customs and import duties?

We ship your order from our Easywalker warehouse in the Netherlands and within the European Union you do not pay customs and import duties. However, outside the European Union, charges may be applied at destination.
