We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.


When will I be charged for my order?

If you paid for your order by credit or debit card then we won’t take any money from you until it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Payments made through PayPal are usually taken from your account instantly.


How do I redeem a discount or special offer?

To redeem a discount code; select the cart icon, click ‘View Cart’ and enter the code into the ‘Add a Promotion Code’ box. If you proceed to checkout without entering your code you’ve gone too far and need to go back to your cart. You can only use one promotional code per order and such codes cannot be used in combination with other offers or discounts.

Why isn't my discount code working?

Discount codes are set to expire after a certain time, so it might be that you’re using an outdated code. Most of our discount codes are for single use and created for a specific user only. They also cannot be used during, or in combination with other offers or discounts.


I forgot to use my discount code. Can I still claim it?

As long as the code was valid at the time of ordering, all you need to do is wait until you receive the parcel. If you decide to keep it, then contact us with the code and your order number. We'll then refund the corresponding amount back to you.


My card has been declined. Why?

We will not decline transactions at checkout, only authorize the amounts – if your card has been declined, please contact your bank directly so they can rectify this for you. Please be advised that the authorized amount will show on your account for around 7 working days, regardless of a successful transaction being made. This amount has not been debited, it has only been ring-fenced from your available balance.


Can I get a VAT invoice?

If you require a VAT invoice, please contact us and provide your order number. We will then email you the VAT invoice in a few days.
